Wash up and then took bus to causeway with teammates :)
Bought lunch and other foodstuff and head for marina barrage,
in between our trip, cos of my insufficient research about going there,

There are many ways of looking at this picture....
Some might think that the white flower among the other red flowers is :

Many many other ways of looking at it... ...
According to how i am feeling now, its actually option 1,3,4...
But one cant live life happy if he/she thinks negatively,
so maybe by looking at the bright side of every situations,
things might change and get better :D

Around so many others , there are different groups of people:
1. Always at the top of the chart
2. It's there, It's not there, where is it?
3. It's there, but we seldom gets involves with it
4. It is there, but it seems as though it is invisible
5. It doesn't really exist or play a big part in my life

I would say that if you are in the range of option 1&2,
please, dont take advantage of what you have,treasure what god has given you that you deserve.You are fortunate,everyone is,but since you get to own more than the res does,why dont you look around and see , there might be some people, ( who doesnt fits in no matter whr they go, who doesnt talk much, who is hardly noticeable, who is always lonely, who is always sulking instead of smiling) , why dont you walk up to them and open up their minds, so that they could feel that they are actually not known as the 'extras' in that area, and that someone is there to care for them? Maybe making one more, just one will do, it makes a difference out of your life:) Because you know that you are not the only one who is happy, your friends are happy too. HAHAH, it'll be better if someone could laugh with you rather than you laughing by yourself, right? The more the merrier :)

HMM, to me, no matter where you stand in the range,
everyone is important, and that we should treat one another equally :)
You have mix feelings, sometimes you might think that you are involve, and sometimes being left out. And you are doing it too!So what if you are not one of the popular ones, you are still yourself, the one and only you. no one shares the same characteristics as you, because god made each and everyone of us different and unique! same thing, just take every friend in your eye, dont leave some and take some like you're choosing gifts :) and for yourself, dont always think that becoz you are stuck in the middle, you are always changing roles , just like acting. Think about it, he is actually testing you, every others, and thats why he made us differently! If you could change your life, from the dark to the bright, YOU SUCCEED :D
If you can't, please, JUST TRY TO! you wouldnt want to live your life in sorrow, emotional, sad and unhappy right? No one does, so try to fit yourself in,sometimes you failed to join is actually becoz of how you think of others about how they will look

OUTWARD BOUND SINGAPORE ( OBS )
4TH MAY - 8TH MAY

4th may 2010 :
Left school at 8 plus to head for punggol jetty.
Then take boat to Pulau Ubin , campsite one of OBS.
Debrief and we set off to our own groups ,
BO SENG!
Tour around the place and did our first activity:
untangle the handchain :)
yeah this how it goes :

we have to chain up our hands cris cross and then untangle it without letting go of hands,
target was 20 mins , but meet with troubles and ends up 35mins (:
not bad lah, sweating like one kind dong!
Then we had lunch at cook house ( meat roll,chicken wing,rice,veggs)
After lunch, put our things in store an pitch tents at one area near the coast.
Play some team challenge with group SUI SEN !
procedures:
TEAM SKII, ( 8 ppl on two planks,move plank with leg and hand strength to the line )
SKIPPING TGT FOR 3 TIMES,
and HOLA HOOP PASSING . ( hold hands, and pass without letting the hoop drop.)
had briefing and then head for dinner :)
Cook our own dinner for the first night :D
Bathe and night debrief/reflections
Had supper RED BEAN SOUP!
Lights out ! tent in with kim bev and marissa ^^

5th MAY 2010 :
Wake up at 5 am, unpitch tent and wash up.
Then Morning TP :) stretches and exercises.
Play game: code of color ( they say a colour, and we have to go to the person wearing a shirt or shoes wth that color )
Had breakfast : ( i spam the ovaltine :P )

prepare stuff and equpiments for kayaking.
we learnt how to capsize the boat and get save from it :)

51ST NATIONALS TRACK AND FIELD!(;

This year isn't my year to perform...
keeps getting injuries...
first the ankle then the other ankle...
and now the knee!
wtf, my last year of C'div kena wasted!
HAIZ just have to train super hard for THAI and next year :)
but this year seems to be my bonding year with others....
I meet more more people this year,
hahaha especially cedar and river valley :)
And we became frens , on the track!
hahahah same event, related frens, getting into finals tgt :)
